Clarification of Class Entitlement and Membership Terms

Dear Reformer Client,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being a valued member of our Reformer community. To ensure clarity about your membership benefits and how the class schedule operates, please take a moment to read the following important information regarding your monthly payment and class entitlement.

Your Membership: What £76 Per Month Provides

Your monthly fee of £76 entitles you to attend one Reformer class per week for 40 weeks each year. This structure is designed to offer you flexibility and consistency throughout the year. It is important to note that this is not calculated as four classes per month, as the number of weeks in each month can vary. Instead, your membership covers 40 weeks of classes, aligning with the annual timetable.

Your Reserved Place

One of the key benefits of your membership is that your place in your chosen class is guaranteed for you every week during these 40 weeks. This ensures continuity and peace of mind, knowing your spot is always held.

Making Up Missed Classes

If you are unable to attend a class, I offer a one-week grace period for you to make up the missed session. Simply contact me to arrange a suitable alternative within the week following your absence, subject to availability.

Cancelling Your Membership

Should you wish to cancel your direct debit, you are welcome to do so at any time. I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 14 days’ notice before your final payment. This allows me sufficient time to advertise your space and offer it to someone on my waiting list.
